These terms govern your use of MRCP Backbenchers, including our website, learning portal, digital courses, Q-banks, past recalls, theory notes, mock examinations, clinical image and radiology modules, and mentorship services. By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Each enrollment is licensed to one learner only. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Our materials are for education and exam preparation. They do not constitute medical advice, replace clinical judgement or guarantee an examination result. Learners must verify current examination requirements and clinical guidance from the relevant official bodies.
MRCP Backbenchers is an independent education platform. References to MRCP examinations identify the exams for which learners are preparing and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the Royal Colleges or any examining body.
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed after successful payment or manual verification where offered. Course duration, inclusions and access periods are described on the relevant product page. You are responsible for suitable internet access and a compatible device.
You may use purchased content only for your personal study. You must not copy, record, download where unavailable, reproduce, resell, publish, share accounts, distribute questions or bypass security controls. We may suspend access where misuse, fraud or a security threat is reasonably suspected.
Unless otherwise stated, the website, videos, notes, questions, graphics, branding and course materials are owned by or licensed to MRCP Backbenchers. Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right of access; it does not transfer ownership.
Mentorship and live-session availability may depend on schedules and capacity. Reasonable timetable changes may be made, with notice where practical. Missed sessions and rescheduling are handled according to the description supplied with the relevant product.
Payments are subject to verification. Refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Bank, payment-provider or currency-conversion charges may be outside our control.
We aim to keep the platform reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet failures or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
We may update courses and these terms to maintain quality, security or legal compliance. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
